Synopsis
During World War II, a Jewish family is deported to Auschwitz. On the train to the concentration camp, in a desperate act, the father throws one of his daughters into the snow, where she is rescued by a humble couple of woodcutters. By adopting “the most precious good,” their lives, and those around them, will change forever.
